Before reporting a problem
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, FYWay version and a short description of the steps leading to the problem. A screenshot helps when it contains no personal or precise location information.
Location or camera is unavailable
Open iOS Settings, select FYWay and check Location and Camera access. Location should be available while using the app. Camera access is needed only for live wayfinding.
Places or routes do not load
Check your internet connection and try again. FYWay uses Apple Maps and public OpenStreetMap services. Cached or bundled places may appear when a live service is temporarily unavailable.
Live wayfinding looks inaccurate
Move outdoors with a clear view of the surroundings and allow the compass to settle. Direction arrows remain estimates and depend on compass accuracy. Follow official signs and stay aware of traffic.
