Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using Campervan Routes Europa you agree to these Terms of Use and the applicable Apple App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Intended use

The app provides curated motorhome routes, ordered stops, campsite information, maps, images, practical notes and weather context. You remain responsible for deciding whether a route, road, campsite or destination is suitable for your vehicle, travel party and current conditions.

3. Driving and safety

• Always follow traffic laws, road signs, local restrictions and instructions from authorities.
• Do not interact with the app while driving unless permitted and safe.
• Check height, width, weight, environmental-zone, ferry, seasonal and access restrictions independently before travel.
• Weather, road conditions and campsite access can change quickly.

4. Route and campsite accuracy

We aim to keep route and campsite information useful and current, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, coordinates, facilities, opening information, access details or route geometry are complete, error-free or continuously up to date. A listed feature means it is known from the available source data; absence of a feature must not be interpreted as proof that the feature is unavailable.

5. Maps, directions and external services

Maps and navigation are provided through Apple services. Weather may be provided by Open-Meteo. Content may be retrieved from Notion and images may come from external hosts. These services have their own terms, availability and accuracy limitations. Campervan Routes Europa is not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services.

6. Campsites and overnight stays

Listing a campsite or motorhome stop does not guarantee availability, reservation status, legal overnight permission, pricing, facilities or access for your vehicle. Verify important details with the site operator or relevant local authority before relying on them.

7. Intellectual property

The app design, presentation, curated text and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party map data, images, service data and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used subject to applicable licences and terms.

8. No warranty

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy or fitness of any route or location for a particular vehicle or trip.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Equilibrium Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from reliance on route, campsite, weather, mapping or third-party information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes

Features, data sources and these terms may change over time. The date above identifies the current version.
